The Campus Club at Cornell Inc. has been a lively organization for women of the Cornell community for over one hundred years. The membership has recently been expanded and we welcome newcomers, encourage our members’ social and educational interest, and promote understanding, cooperation, and friendship. We warmly invite those who are interested to join this vital group. Women eligible for membership include women of the Cornell community and/or women of the Ithaca area interested in the programs/lectures, social events, and activities sponsored by the Campus Club at Cornell.
The Campus Club sponsors a wide variety of activities, service, and interest groups, which allow members to meet in small and informal settings and make friends with others with similar interests. The groups utilize the varied resources in Ithaca in order to provide stimulating and enriching programs and activities. New interest groups may be formed to accommodate the changing interests of members. A complete list of service and activity groups appears on the Activity Group page of this web site.
The International Service and Hospitality Groups provide an opportunity to interact with women from other countries, teach English as a Second Language, join monthly friendship groups, and to participate in the Friendship Partners’ host family program.
In addition, the Club offers a variety of social events and programs throughout the year. These include a series of lectures and tours that are open to the public, providing members and guests opportunities to interact with faculty and prominent guest speakers. Social events include a Fall Coffee and Activity Group Sign-up, the Annual Holiday tea, and a Spring Luncheon.
